SAT Foundation was established to assist families choosing to keep their loved ones in a home health environment, but who might be facing challenges like aging caregivers and gaps in funding for services. The SAT Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization that will provide supplemental services where limitations in existing programs exist. Those services will include informational resources; support for home modifications; and support for outside activities based on established guidelines and needs assessments.
Families may apply for these supplemental services. Applications will be reviewed and voted on by a two-thirds majority from its board members. The board will examine each request on a case-by-case basis. Funds will be released to the service provider. Go to Apply for criteria, guidelines and forms.
